Job Title:           UI Developer

Location:          Jersey City, NJ
Duration:          4+ Months

Rate:                 50

 

Candidate must be hands on. They should be able to work independently and contribute to User Interface development and integration effort. Be comfortable participating and representing their work in technical discussion, as a subject matter expert.

Programming (must)        : Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery

Integration (must)        : JSON, XML, Ajax

Design (desired)        : Layouts for Desktop, iPhone and iPad

Others (good to have)        : Tooling, Config Mgmt, Build and application packaging for the front end artifacts

 

We are looking for a consultant on a 4 month contract period (initially) with expertise in User Interface Design and has sound hands on development knowledge of CSS, Javascript libraries such as JQuery, iScroll, etc. The candidate should have experience developing Web applications on iPhone and iPad. Knowledge of development on Android or Native applications in the named platform would be a plus.

- A senior level developer who understands Market trends and direction.

- Developing new web applications for there Private Banking clients for access to their Iphones, Ipads    and Android applications.  They truly want a specialist with UI interfaces.

-  The project sits in the Private banking internet group and Financial experience is NOT necessary.

We do expect all of the candidates to have good communication skills.
