Which dosage would you start with if your patient is a normal adult. I've had better results with the .25 dosage albeit the fact that patient needs a bit more assistance with leaving. But the anxioltyic effects seem to be much better with the additional sedation effects as compared to the .125 dosage. I just don't seem to get the best results with the half dosage as compared to the .25 level. I'll TAKE the added aggravation of having to have the patient require assistance with the better results of anxiolysis with the higher dosage. Thoughts?
