Duration:6 Months

1. More than 10+ Years experience in Java / J2EE (JMS, JSP, JDBC) technologies.
2. More than 4-5 years experience in BPM tool (JBPM is a must) (Others like Oracle BPM, Pega are optional)
3. Architecture and Design experience and is hands on.
4. Experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) & Oracle 11G Knowledge
5. Experience in XML, spring and Struts.
6. Enterprise Service Bus Experience
7. Design Patterns – Java and J2EE
8. Analysis and design document creation experience in multiple projects.
9. Test cases, Junit etc creation experience.
10. Good communication and presentation skills
