Other Information     :   

Proficiency and/or work-experience in C/ C++  Server Development
Performance Testing Experience
Perf test tools usage + knowledge - a plus
Linux , Mac OS exp
Others :
Able to pinpoint performance problem areas in code
Able to suggest improvisations on code
Willingness to investigate and resolve perf issues with architects

UPDATE ON THE REK:

They are looking for profiles with C/C++ server dev experience ( on Mac) who can take up performance testing in the same.

Look for C/C++ testing. Either a developer who has done testing or a tester who has tested on C/C++ on MAC.
