OK, So Mike if you didnt figure it out from the last hurricane (and everyone one else living up there) here are the things you must do THIS WEEKEND!
1. Make lots of gumbo and potato salad.
2. Eat ALL the shrimp in your freezer! If you lose electricity for 3 weeks you will thank me for this tip when you open your freezer later!
3. Hook generator to your house
4. Go get somebody that knows how to hook a generator to your house to come fix it right
5. Go buy as much gas as you have gas cans.
6. Eat shrimp cocktails
7. Eat gumbo and potato salad.
8. Go take hot shower. May be last one for a while.
9. Start putting plywood on any windows next to pine trees
10 Stop putting up plywood and eat more gumbo
11. Finish putting up plywood
12. Fry rest of shrimp.
13. Watch football
14. Drink remaining beer
15. Go to store for more beer, tarter sauce, poorboy buns, coleslaw, and batteries.
16. Wash all cloths. Maybe last time for a while.
17. Go back to store for potatoes to make french fries to go with shrimp.
18 Eat everything in the house that can go bad in the icebox
19. Leave and go stay with anyone that is further inland and will continue to have air conditioning
20 Offer them remaining gumbo. They will appreciate it.
