Skills: · 5 years PL/SQL Experience · 5 years OWB(Oracle Warehouse Builder) ETL Experience (code/debug/fix/QA Prod issue) · Strong Data Analyst Skills (Oracle-SQL,PL/SQL - DB2 a plus) · Strong ETL Architecture Skills (Kimball Methodology) · Experienced in requirements management; JAD session management · Insurance industry knowledge required · CRM / Customer interaction experience is a plus Preferred: · Experience with TOAD (Oracle/DB2) • Experience with ERWIN or similar data modeling tool · Experience with ETL Load Tuning and Automation • Production Support; especially with load management and automation Responsibilities: · Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) repository creation/configuration/monitoring, mapping/process flow development, OMB Scripting, deployments – some data modeling (via Erwin) · Interpreting and implementing business requirements for ETL development · Performing in depth unit testing for all enhancements/new development – including data analysis for verification of accuracy and performance tuning for optimal execution · Adhering to existing ETL development and load management Standards and Processes • Managing timely written and verbal communication on project progress, load status, issue tracking, and concerns for management attention and/or escalation | |
