Struts: good to have 2.0 experiences.

Spring framework experience

Hibernate

Core java

 

The essential skills developers are expected to know include:
Core Java, JSP, Javascript, Struts 1, Hibernate, JSTL

 

Skills they will use and therefore it would be nice to have prior experience with include:
Spring, Struts 2, Ajax, Db400, Postgres, other dbs.
