Title: Performance Tester Lead
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Mooresville, NC
Performance Test Lead
Experience in performance testing of using HP Performance center/ LoadRunner
Experience in conducting performance testing for ESB/MQ
Ability to work with the various project teams (Clients, Other Vendors) independently to identify and finalize performance requirements (Non Functional Requirements)
Experience working in Onsite/Offshore model
Excellent communication skills
Develop comprehensive performance test plan (Data, Environment, and Approach) for the release
Provide requirements for environments and other tools required for performance testing
Lead a team of 5 – 10 resources
Provide estimates and project scheduling information
Communicate requirements to the team and assign tasks and track status
Develop Performance test scripts using HP Load Runner
Assess test readiness and conduct performance test
Working with Application/Architecture/
Engineering teams for debugging/analyzing performance problems
Preparing performance test results, summary and recommendations documents for client
Walkthrough of the performance results/problems to the client
5+ years of experience with Load Runner for developing performance test scripts
Experience with LoadRunner protocols such as Web/Http, RDP, Citrix, Siebel, RTE, Web services, MQ
Experience with monitoring tools such as Wily, SiteScope, Strobe
Strong SQL knowledge and experience is setting up test data and analyzing AWR reports
Strong programming/scripting experience is a plus (C/Java)
Familiarity with Mainframe environment
