Re: Sam Esale Vs Nanje Jackson /// Ndian Division Road Infrastructure. [1 Attachment]

Massa Esale
The President is "doling" out monies for "Road Improvement" from which funds? In any normal functioning Government, the National Assembly will vote on a "BUDGET" proposed by the "Prime Minister=Head of Government". That supposed 'budget" outlines "projects", expenses and revenues for the next fiscal year while trying to balance the books for the previous "budgetary year". What then is this business of "The President of La Republique du Cameroun has provided some funds for the improvement of the Kumba-Mundemba road and other tributary roads in Ndian Division". Has the President now become a Banker, Treasurer and Financial controler? Where is the money for Ndian roads from?

Why are you asking Nanje Jackson (an Atlanta based Makossa Music producer who goes to Cameroon only once in six years. Does Nanje know where the offices of the CPDM are in Yaounde? Has Nanje ever seen Biya in person, talk less of coming close to his dix-huit metres; Has Nanje ever worked in the Cameroon administration? Nanje came to America 42 years ago when he was three years old. His only connection to Cameroon presently is his Makossa Music. Do you see Paul Biya like someone who knows the difference between Bikutsi, Bend sikine or Makossa? Ask Nanje if he knows what "Bon de Fesse...sorry Caisse" is.
Stop asking stuff  from a "Mbout Man" who is not a true true militant of that yeye Party just like yourself. Have you ever seen Tonton Biya himself wear that foolish CICAM "Buy One Take Two" Garoua Wax wrapper material?

To
Mr. Jackson Nanje,
President, ODF-Inc.

Greetings.

It has been brought to my attention that the President of La Republique du Cameroun has provided some funds for the improvement of the Kumba-Mundemba road and other tributary roads in Ndian Division. My questions to you are simple;

 (a) What company received the contract for the project?
 (b) How much money are we talking about and which Firm does the Auditing?
 (c) How was the contract negotiated and what was the bidding procedure?
 (d) When does the contractor plan to begin construction or has the project began already?
 (e) Which State Department has oversight responsibilities for the project and what is the projected time line for completion?
 (f) What is the responsibility of ODF-Inc, implicit or explicit, in this matter?

I believe that Oroko elements around the globe, especially members of ODF-Inc, have a right to expect answers to these questions. Yes, I am  also aware that you need to make some inquiries into this matter to get accurate information, but it is equally important that in the course of the research or investigation, we don't lose sight of the big picture. Results, Results, Results.

Going forward sir, we expect full accountability and transparency on any sustainable development initiative in Ndian Division. ODF-Inc. should lead us in this effort. We hope to receive project development updates on a regular basis and our local chiefs need to be actively engaged in what's going on.

Thank you, Mr. President.

Respectfully,

Sam Esale,
Member, ODF-Inc.
