Responsibilities:
Working primarily as an SAP Technical consultant for HCM – Talent Management, you will be responsible for the design of the SAP 360 Solution, within SAP Performance Management.

As technical Consultant, you will contribute to:

a) Blueprint Design – focused on working with the project and business teams in assisting in designing solutions based on client requirements
b) Configuration – focused on doing any configuration in SAP Performance Management and understand where technical enhancements maybe necessary. Predefined and Flexible configuration experience is necessary.

You will own:
a) Technical Specs – focused on delivering the technical specs for enhancements/customization where neccessary

GROM's client is looking for a HCM Technical consultant assist the SAP HCM solution design review sessions and actively participate in ensuring that a robust application framework and roadmap is achieved for the SAP footprint in the organization. Strong knowledge in the SAP performance management configuration areas and how it relates to 360 development.

•Experience all areas of RICEF(W)
•Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support
•Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning.
•Must be experienced in the following SAP technologies: Web Dynpro for ABAP, WD Floor plan manager, interface programs, custom R3 reporting, and Badi enhancementsStrong knowledge in SAP's latest modules (EHP5 minimum) OM, PA, ESS/MSS, Talent Management (specifically Performance Management)

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
•Must have at least 5 years of in-depth SAP ABAP Experience
•Basic understanding of HR configuration or experience in functional role
•Must be able to think "outside of the box" to come up strong technical solutions to unique customer requirements.
•(EHP5 minimum) OM, PA, ESS/MSS, Talent Management (specifically Performance Management)
•Workflow experience
•Understanding of ASAP methodology
•Strong understanding of SAP OSS notes process and the ability to create new OSS messages
•Adobe form design and Java experience
•Ability to lead other developers on the team
•Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
•Self guided person able to work in a changing environment
•Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
•Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
