PRESS RELEASE

In an enlarged PAP National Strategic Meeting consisting of
sub-divisional, divisional, regional delegates amongst others holden
at King David's Square, Buea on October 27, 2012 the following were
arrived at:
...

1. The 1991 Constitution of People's Action Party was amended and adopted;

2. The head of the party at the national level shall henceforth be
called Secretary General instead of national chairman as previously.
The incumbent national chairman of the party shall assume the office
of the Secretary General of the party. The incumbent Vice national
chairman becomes the Deputy national Secretary General;

3. The slogan of PAP was changed to the following:

Speaker: PAP
Chorus: Action

Speaker: PAP
Chorus: Action, Action

Speaker: PAP
Chorus: Action, Action, Action NOW!!!.

4. Due to design by the Head of State who has failed, refused or
neglected to put in place the Constitutional Council, a body charged
with the resolution of electoral disputes, PAP resolved that
henceforth electoral malpractices shall be settled on the spot;

5. Much as the recompilation of voter registers between October 3,
2012 and February 28, 2013 is grossly illegal, PAP resolved to urge
Cameroonians to register massively as while in Rome, do as the Romans
do;

6. Endorsed the creation of a foundation in memoriam of late Prof.
Victor Mukwelle Ngoh, one of the founders of PAP.

Done at Buea this Saturday the 27th day of October, 2012.

"I profoundly believe all Cameroonians will some day speak the same
language, sing the same songs, dance to the same rhythm, dine and wine at
the same table. When the rich shall cater for the poor and the strong shall
help the weak, the law shall be supreme, justice and peace shall forever
reign, if we are honest and believe we can get there. God bless
Cameroon."Hon. Paul AYAH Abine, Cameroon 2011 Presidential aspirant
