Data Architect
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Data Modeler/Architect
Strong Ability to Understand RDBMS and Build Relational or DE normalized Data Models under HR Structures and How data Flows between them.
Use Data Modeling Tools to arrive at various entities/attributes in the ODS
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to understand the various data structures required to support the ODS
Build ERD Diagrams explaining the relationship between Entity/Relationships(E-R Model)
Help in designing the archive Data Structure/Data Model from Optimus working with Solution Architects and Business to determine the archival needs.
Excellent communication skills and prior experience in building/Designing HR Data Marts
