Job Description :

 Design, develop, implement and maintain global business applications by consulting with key stakeholders across multiple departments.

•Perform the consulting role: ability to work with many different people to get to the bottom of a     problem and provide the appropriate solution oNever be an order taker

•Find ways to provide automation and/or performance enhancements to current business processes

•You enjoy looking at the big picture while creating practical every day solutions that that add value to customers

 •You believe that IT is a source of creativity, innovation and productivity Responsibilities:

 •Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system       administration

 •Manage Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports etc.

•Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns

 •Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions

•Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application

 •Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations

 •Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally

 •Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teams

•Solid business analysis skill. Must have good inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members

 •Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet proposed deadlines

 •Participate buy vs. build decisions to provide the right solution

 •Be a steward of good data

 •Maintain the existing business application framework and find ways to improve

 •Work with Webtrends' product teams during releases to ensure integrations with business systems      are functioning

 Required Skills:

 •SDLC understanding is a must

 •Proficient in C#.NET programming languages

 •Experience with Web Development using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and Javascript

 •Experience with Web Services using SOAP, REST

 •Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

 •Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and proficient in structured query language (SQL)

 •2-3 years of experience with Salesforce's Force.com platform (APEX, Visual Force)

 •Expertise with Salesforce administration (workflow, custom objects, approvals, and configuration)

Nice to have :

 •Salesforce.com Certification is a major plus

 •Experience with Salesforce platform development and deployment

 •Experience with the lead to cash business processes

 •Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.

 •Bachelor's degree a major plus
