Support business units in application user acceptance testing support and remediation Skills: - Experience with application packaging process - Strong coordination and organizational skills - Experience with process of publishing applications for automated distribution through SCCM tool - Excellent written and verbal communications skills (significant interaction with user community) - Experience using the Microsoft ACT (Application Compatibility Tool) for identifying Win7 compatibility issues and implementing SHIMS to remediate Professional demeanor, proven strong work ethic, proven ability to tactfully drive and client representatives to adhere to project timelines for packaging and testing process
