The tension is far from subsiding. Reports say trouble started when the Fon of Nsongwa began demarcating a disputed piece of land at mile 90, Bamenda amongst his tribesmen. Mankon people stepped in and violence erupted. Three wounded with cutlasses and rushed to hospital.

DO for Bda II council has appealed for calm amid troop deployment.
