• Ability to explain to a  business person what is SharePoint, and also understand from the business person what they are doing and how SharePoint can help them. 

• Experience in deploying  the solution using common SharePoint features within our existing farms.

• Provide end user training on how to use SharePoint for both the site owners and site contributors

• Bug fixing support for end user and business user.
