Job Title :Websphere Portal Developer

Location : Detroit, Michigan

Duration : 24 month contract 

Job Description: 

Responsible for Portal features such as inter-portlet communications, 

web clipping, Portlet services.

Authentication and authorization model, JSR 168 and 268, Rational Application Developer, 

Web Standards, XML, HTML, XHTML, Oracle, DB2, IBM Webshpere Content Manager, Web logice, Sql Server, Junit, Hibernate, Personalization of data

Detailed design for presentation layer, Servlet v3.0 (JSR 315), Design Frameworks such as Struts or Spring MVC, Javascript, AJAX frameworks, Themes and Skins, and CSS.  

preferred skills 

Integration pattern with back ends (SPRING, Custom etc.), 

Web Services to access business logic, Enterprise Java Beans (Session and Entity),

Data Access Layer (JDBC, JMS, File access etc.),
