Qualifications: v 5+ years development experience. Expert technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in program development in one or more technology environments. v Expert skills in verbal and written communications, with the ability to express highly complicated technical concepts in business terms. v Expert analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams. v Strong experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEu. v Extensive knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies . Demonstrated ability to lead small (1-3 resources) development efforts. Required Experience – ü The successful candidate will have 5+ years of coding development for SAP ABAP programs, enhancement points, user exits, BAPIs, and idocs including the related data dictionary, error log, and other objects for interface processing, conversions, user defined fields, and other development items. ü Additionally, the successful candidate will have development experience in the CO (Controlling) and AM (Asset) modules, specifically, internal orders, plant maintenance orders, cost centers, asset master records, and related areas. ü The successful candidate will have experience through multiple full lifecycle projects. ü This position will be hands on developing code and related activities for the full lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and storm) of the project. ü The project will be installing a non-SAP solution (PowerPlan) as a sub-ledger to replace the SAP-AM module. ü SAP will be interfacing to / from PowerPlan. Therefore, duties will include extracting data for conversion into PowerPlan and sending controlling master data information to PowerPlan. ü Other interfaces to/from SAP will be developed. Project experience with PowerPlan is desired.
Responsibilities: Ø Conducts requirements gathering, systems analysis and design for high complexity applications. Ø Prepares detailed program specifications for high complexity applications from which programs will be designed, coded, configured, visually developed, tested, debugged. Ø Follows program specifications to design, install, code, document, configure, visually develop, test, debug, plan and execute implementation of application programs. Ø Develops process business knowledge and relationships to integrate activities with other IT and business personnel to ensure successful implementation of projects and production support efforts. Ø Reports to management on the status of project efforts for self and others, anticipating and identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions. |
