Job Title	Varicent Business Analyst

Duration	9 Months
# Positions	DESCRIPTION:   NOTE: Local candidates preferred. Face to face may be required.   ü  Assist with the installation and configuration of the Varicent SPM software application ü  Experience with Varicent 6.x mandatory ü  Experience with Varicent 7.x a BIG Plus ü  Assist with the implementation of Compensation Plans, Quota Plans and Territory Management logic within a complete software development lifecycle (SDLC). ü  Design and implement and maintain the Varicent model ü  Extract, transform and load data ü  Experience with data Transformation & Load (ETL) processes. ü  Work with IT to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases and overall testing plans. ü  Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team. ü  Provide expertise to assist in the planning and execution of proposals, proof of concepts and statements of work. ü  Present solutions that are consistent with the architecture and the design of Varicent's SPM solutions.
