Wow! Thank God I know how to fix my own network. There doesn't seem to be a week that goes by where there isn't a problem with one of the office computer workstations that my team is working on. They are notorious for being impatient and double, triple and quadruple clicking on programs to get them to open, instead of waiting for them to open the first time. They have a hard time understanding that with a large network of computers all trying to access the same server files, that sometimes there might be a delay in a program responding...so, they start...and keep clicking!
I can't even imagine how much I would spend on an IT contract to keep things working properly and how much fun those folks must have in diagnosing and working on other people's computer systems.
