This poor girl had her CUSPIDS removed by a quack orthodontist here a few years back. We did some play bonding and it looked really nice, even as crude as I threw it in. Plenty of room under the lip and incisally. She just wants a good smile.

Obviously, a great waxup and minimal to no prep porcelain, plus a little laser on the gums is what would be the ideal, but I am intrigued by the lava ultimate idea, where I can lower the patient's cost without simply sacrificing my profit. What is your lab fee on a Lava ultimate? How does that compare with other direct composite lab veneers? I used to bond these myself, but that is some pretty intense work, and I am never truly happy with them.

Still can't believe the guy removed cuspids.

Texas has some new HIPAA type laws, so I didn't want to attach the full face.
