Going with the previous message which talks about HCL, I would like to share few things which changed my mindset and i am very grateful to share
Last month, i happened to buy a book which has profound influence on my little mind and is all about whom you prefer in any organisations Mr.Vineet Nayar, CEO HCL talks about "Employee First Customer Second" as a key option to win any problem. Even his philosophy can be migrated to our B-School facing crunch and cut down identity crisis being targeted from Management- Students and how to win.i bet you will read twice again the book and my message tooo...
Belive it or not... just try reading once
i strongly request and wishes you all, pls do buy a copy of the same and enrich

Dear All,
Today had the opportunity to meet one very senior executive Mr. Anilesh Seth, IIT,IIM who went to HBS on behalf of HCL to express views of the company to a live case study taken up by Harvard related to HCL.
This is just fantastic but how many B-schools can afford it?
Warmest Regards.....Bholanath

Productivity Quotes To Get Big Things Done
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
i Steve Jobs |
"Part of being a winner is knowing when enough is enough. Sometimes you have to give up the fight and walk away, and move on to something that's more productive."
