After 2015, only the rich will be afford to go to school and college.
Like matchsticks and ballpoint pens, classrooms may not exist for the middle class.
The rich may go abroad to Cambridge, Princeton, and Duke's.
The moot question to ask: What will happen to the old lecturing + PPT-based teaching skills of the pre-2015 era of education?

BTW: the cheque will be phased out in Singapore in 2018, and many countries may follow, soon thereafter.
