"On Tuesday, August 7, 2012, SAPS ARRI – Crime line # 121256, received a desperate alert at around 2.55 am, whipping Z-ti-78-Y. On verification, duty officer Mathew Bongsi (Sergeant), established there was a violent crime underway, around Scottsville.
Z-ti-78-Y immediately sent a triple alert radio message to team xx67 patrolling Pelham, Scottsville, and PMB Airport overlap. Unfortunately, xx67 was fighting a home burglary on Grange 34 at the same time. Z-ti-78-Y had to turn to xsx65, to move over from Eastwood to Scottsville.
Before xsx65 could effectively identify alleged crime scene on 11, Dulwich and 54 Golf Road, in Scottsville, criminals had kidnapped a single person and drove towards Pelham. Z-ti-78-Y was alerted later by Chebub private security firm which had identified a grey VW car (plate number could not be identified), slow down and violently push a man out into the street around Pelham Superrette area at exactly, 3.10am. The Chebub security agent informed that the man was standing by the "road looking lost".
Z-ti- 78-Y immediately informed xsx65 to drive towards Pelham Superrette. Effectively, the man was found along the road and driven to the Alexandria Road station".
