Engineering Platforms is looking for an exceptional Citrix Talent / Troubleshooter to join the End User Computing Platform team. We are seeking a contractor who is passionate about their job and has the expertise to troubleshoot complex technology solutions. This is a fast-paced team and a successful candidate must be able to act with a sense of urgency. Qualified candidates must posses a strong sense of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a can do attitude.   EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: An undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience Citrix Xen App and Xen Desktop implementation and support Act as a Technical Lead on Enterprise scale Citrix projects In-depth working knowledge of Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit Operating Systems In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy In-depth working knowledge of network tracing In-depth Working knowledge of Windows troubleshooting Familiarity with enterprise system support processes including change control, problem management and escalation procedures   CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS - Skills Required: Senior level experience in written and verbal communications on technical issues to all levels of the organization Ability to grasp complex technical issues quickly Ability to define and communicate complex problems and business requirements in non-technical terms Leadership and organizational skills needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff Detail oriented Ability to work in a team atmosphere Work effectively with a minimum of direction Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
