Nigerians are proactive.
Never mind that the Nigerian Government will come to the rescue of
Professor Ibeh contrary to Cmaeroon where the government sponsors some
medical personnel to gight against the work of Professor Emeritus the
late Victor Anoma Ngu

If Africa needs to be developed, such development need to be inspired
from within and not brought in from some where through so called "AID"
