Said he felt the crown was loose; it would turn as far as the contact would allow, and twist back into position. It was obvious that the abutment had loosened up, so I started to open up the screw hole for the abutment.

Now does this look like the slot for a Nobel Unigrip driver? I didn't think so - looks like a hex. I found a hex driver that would engage and gave it a twist. Just wouldn't loosen up any further. So I thought, if I freed up the crown past the contact, we could have a better attempt at getting the abutment to loosen.

Think I trimmed away enough?
Apparently not, as this freakin' abutment will not loosen any more than when there was more of a crown.
PLEASE! Any tips on how I can get this abutment off?
