I have a patient that is going through ortho right now and suffers from chronic apthous ulcers. She states that she has had up to 20 at a time before. The brackets are certainly not making it any better. Does anyone have a solution that they use for this. I know that there are many variations of "Magic Mouthwash" out there but was wondering if anyone had suggestions.
