So, I went ahead and recorded yet another video presentation of the

It's hard to believe that a piece of 19th century technology (the
telephone) is still the most powerful marketing and communications
tool available in business now, in the 21st century. But it's true...and
if you haven't locked down your team's phone communications skills
to be "airtight", then you're missing opportunities that you never even
knew about, with potential and existing patients! Opportunities for
