[MTC Global] Face the exams without stress - reg.

Please explore these suggestions for your kids.


To have a stress-free examination follow these simple steps

·        Before the exam day revise what you have already read, avoid reading new topics.

·        Take break after every one hour, refresh your eyes by looking greenery.

·        Keep your stationeries like ink pen, pencil, eraser, ruler, hall ticket and uniform ready the night before the exam itself.

·        Stay away from junk food, eat healthy and sleep well the might before exams.

·        On the examination day wake up early and revise your lessons once.

·        Take bath, feel fresh, pray and have light, healthy breakfast before going to exam.

·        Reach your exam centre with all required materials at least half an hour before.

·        Give your brain breathing time, close all the books and stay calm for 15 minutes before you enter the examination hall.

·        Read the instructions on the main sheet of your answer paper and listen to the instructions of the invigilator before filling up the details. If you make any mistake report it to the invigilator.

·        Keep your hall ticket by your side for filling up the exam number and group code number.

·        Collect the question paper, write your exam number on it, and before reading it close your eyes and tell yourself, "I am going to do this exam well God. Please give me the wisdom and strength to complete it".

·        Read all the questions carefully before answering.

·        Write the question numbers correctly.

·        The order in which you answer doesn't miss any answer and it will be easy to correct too.

·        Time management is very important. Therefore, answer the questions you know very well first, gain confidence and then go for the next round.

·        If you have a mental blocks at the time of the exam take deep breaths and have some water to relax. You will remember what you think you have forgotten.
