| Job Description | : | Expert Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Expert knowledge in the design, implementation and build out of Citrix XenApp 6.5 including migration of applications from previous versions.
Knowledge in the implementation and management of Hosted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) including expertise with Citrix XenDesktop, and AppSense Environment Manager.
Experience in the deployment of Microsoft Client OS and Office application hosting in virtual environments.
Competencies:
Effective oral and written communications regarding complex subjects to individuals and with groups, including senior management.
Ability to effectively summarize issues, options and recommendations.
Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Work in a team environment
Performs, leads and is responsible for the design of a full range of infrastructure technologies and processes needed to provide IT solutions.
Builds partnerships with internal customers and collaborates with vendors, consultants, and other ISD personnel. This can include training customers on end user products, new services and core technologies.
Provides technical guidance and IT process expertise on projects or system issues to other infrastructure group staff. Demonstrated commitment to design and operational excellence.
Effectively conduct meetings and interviews with customers, consultants, contractors, and peers.
In-depth knowledge of one or more major infrastructure technologies (network, server, system software, storage, database or workstation hardware and software) |
