I just filled a front desk position by advertising on Craigslist. In the first 4 days, I received over 60 resumes. By the end of the week, I pulled the ad after over 100 responses. I had many assistants apply. There are qualified people out there looking. Your requirements are more restrictive than mine were, but I'd give it a try. I don't think it's just in south Jersey.
