I'm also a Paragon client for the last 14yrs. They have good systems to help you along the way with tracking. I agree Mac and Joleen would be good in a few years

I know that a great place would be Mac and Joleen everyone.  Just not sure she is ready for the Ferrari yet since she is now driving the Yugo.   She really needs to learn how to do the very basics first then certainly the help of experts like Mac and Joleen would be ideal.  Thanks for all the suggestions!  WS

I need some advice from you.

Office is little slow from last couple of months. I pulled out report since I am there in office. It shows around 70 patients haven't finished their treatment and I don't see them on schedule. It looks like majority of them have financial issues  and some they don't want to finish up their treatment. I think my staff is not able to motivate them to come and get the treatment done.

Who is treatment coordinator in your office. Is that person can come over and train the staff? I am ready to pay for the day they come in.
