We have been having a little discussion on the ACE Dental world about Ozone, which, of course, is a major oxidant, and many of the claims of better health, healthier gums, etc revolve around the oxidizing power of ozone. Hmmmm, isn't that strange?
How would one know when to use one or the other?

I can tell you people with very low antioxidant levels often have a medical reason - I told one man he better get a medical exam when I saw his antioxidant reading, and within a month he was at Mayo Clinic with major cardiovascular damage.
