My first choice is a couple of implants and locators to retain a partial. Can't always do that, but it's the best IMHO.

speaking of rpd's, i find that i rarely do cast frameworks anymore, in favor
of Duraflex or Valplast type removables.  I don't do many precision
attachment cases at all.

i was wondering if this is a trend among other dentists and if labs are
seeing this as well.  i know that the flexible rpds are not a universal
indication, but in my practice i think they have captured 90% of my cases.

what is your experience?
