RE: [MTC Global] VC Post on Sale: Varsity Member

This is atrocious but unfortunately true.

Recently one of my friend told me the same when he had applied for a post of VC in Andhra Pradesh- of course he rejected the post thugh selected. He tells me it is going on for decades and nothing new.

How can such a VC who pays money for the post, contribute genuinely for the excellence in academia and effective delivery of knowledge? He would be busy in making up the loss and hence will be subservient to many people of his ilk.

How do we change this sad state of affairs?
Please do not buy post of faculty, prinicpal or VC. Things have to change.
Let MC fraternity take the lead.

Good luck

> It is a general perception that VC Post is a political one and one needs to fund / pay money for the Post. Perception seems to be true as reported in News Paper.
