Would we be helpless, and be a part of such a system? Why not to be a doer at individual level first, whatever may come? Are we so disabled that we cannot digest the ill-outcomes of our right behavior?

it is not at all surprise!!!. A person pays for Lecturership and then to

reader promotion... then professor through CAS.. next step... VC only....



it Step wise or lift. CASTE?Creed/ Language/ All 3W's/ aar the criteria

for selection.... nothing else.. and continuous...

This is atrocious but unfortunately true.

| Recently one of my friend told me the same when he had applied for a post

| of VC in Andhra Pradesh- of course he rejected the post thugh selected. He

| tells me it is going on for decades and nothing new.

| How can such a VC who pays money for the post, contribute genuinely for

| the excellence in academia and effective delivery of knowledge? He would

| be busy in making up the loss and hence will be subservient to many people

| of his ilk.

| How do we change this sad state of affairs?Please do not buy post of

| faculty, prinicpal or VC. Things have to change. Let MC fraternity take

| the lead.
