Job Title  : Network Engineer with IP Telephony Experience

Location  : Dallas,TX

Duration  : 9 month contract or longer

Responsibilities include technology development and research, Contact Center design and implementation, infrastructure design, engineering of network-based telephony services, level-2 and level-3 technical problem management. Much of the work of the IP Telephony Engineer will be project-based. This position works independently with vendor-partners on technology products and services to ensure a smooth transition from legacy CISCO/PBX system to the new CISCO UCCE. The IPTelephony Engineer also Coordinates with other groups within IT to resolve multi-disciplinary issues—specifically with the WAN and LAN engineers on technical issues that span these domains Job Requirements: 

Expert enterprise multi-cluster design, integrating Call Manager, Unity, IPCC and related application 

Expert enterprise Contact Center Design and implementation Integration/engineering of IPCC contact center technology 

 Expert knowledge of Cisco Call Manager 4.0 

Expert knowledge of Cisco Unity 4.0 

Microsoft Active Directory 

Cisco IOS Telephony Gateways/Gatekeeper 

Cisco Call Manager Express/SRST 

Cisco Catalyst/IOS QoS 

Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN communications

Education and Certifications: 

Required CCNP or CCVP Certification ? Required CCNA CIPT certifications Experience: Employees assuming this position will typically have a minimum of 5-8 years of directly related IP telephony engineering experience.
