| # Positions | Description of Role/Responsibilities: ü We are seeking an Application SupportAnalyst who has 1 - 2 years of experience supporting SalesForce.com CRM and endusers. Responsibilities will include making small enhancements andscripting within SalesForce as well as supporting end users within themarketing and sales departments with access on mobile devices, troubleshooting,and process flows within the system. A strong customer service mentalityis required as you will be supporting end users via the phone , email, andother methods. Experience or knowledge of C# will be considered a strongplus to assist with application troubleshooting. ü Required Skills: ü At least 2 years experience with Salesforce.com platform. ü 3+ years experience providing support for end-users. ü 3+ years experience with mobile devices (Blackberry and iPhone). ü 3+ years experience with SalesForce Connect for Lotus Notes or Outlook a plus ü Advanced PC skills and troubleshooting. ü Able to work in team environment and interact with other technical resources to solve issues as a group. ü Excellent oral and written communication skills (will be communicating with end-users for majority of work time).
Desired Skills: ü Knowledge of C#,VB.Net, Java or a similar programming language a plus ü Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience a huge plus |
