Fran began his professional career in 1985 as the President of the Achilles Foot Health Center, P.C. in North Haven, CT. The valedictorian of the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine's Class of 1982, he was originally trained as a reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon with a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics and was a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
In 1996, Fran became the CEO of the Advanced Foot Care Specialists of CT, LLC and ran their 6 location practices until 1988 when he launched Total Health and Wellness, LLC a holistic marketing company. He sold the company in 2000 then served as the Vice President of Marketing and Field Force Development for HALO, Inc. a multi-national marketing company.
Fran joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network DBA Strategic Lifelines in 2002 and is presently a Financial Advisor with them. The mission of the Network is to develop enduring relationships with clients by providing expert guidance for a lifetime of financial security.
