Direct Client Need ......... Lead Business Analyst

Hi ,

Need GC/GC-EAD/TN/Citizens

Position: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 5 Months Contract

 

Qualifications:

Project Description : The large retail client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to work on a project that will implement "chat" in their ecommerce website.
 
Required Skills

·         Interact with Business and IT team and facilitate requirements sessions.

·         Document requirements in Use cases, Requirement Documents and other standard templates

·         Understand and translate business processes to flow diagrams.

·         Background working as a Business Analyst for any website.

·         Experience in managing multiple teams and tracking activities..

·         Good PM skills to drive and manage the projects.

·         Report Status and highlight risk with mitigation plan to project steering committee.

·         Good verbal and written communication Skills

 

Nice to have:

·         Background working in E-Commerce website.

·         High level understanding of website scripting, XML mappings etc.

·         Experience working in Microsoft Project Plan tool.
