The Senior Oracle Middleware Administrator will be responsible for overall architecture, design, development, and production support of all the integration components using Fusion Middleware technology and solution. The person will be responsible for performance, testing, execution and tuning of Fusion Middleware products, including WebLogic, SOA, JRockit and Coherence. Oracle Middleware is the backbone of client IT systems and it acts as the conduit for all Custom Apps (Java / .Net) including E-Commerce websites to communicate with the system of record, Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.x
Skills Required:
· A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Information Technology and in Oracle Administration space
· Well versed on the maintenance and support of applications in an Enterprise Environment.
· Experience in Configuring, Monitoring and Tuning WebLogic domains in HA / clustered environments
· Proficient in UNIX and Shell scripting
· Experience working with ORACLE databases.
· Understanding of ORACLE Applications (EBS).
· Very good understanding of the Java development environment.
· Full cycle SDLC experience.
· Proven mastery of troubleshooting techniques and ability to solve problems quickly in a high pressure environment.
· Must have excellent decision making skills, especially when imperfect information is available.
· Must foster an environment of learning, progression and accountability.
· Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
· Ability to function as an effective team member.
· Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
