Business Analyst: Senior
| - Manages small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution |
Requested Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor's degree with comparable work experience in an Information Technology position.
2. At least 6 years providing written and oral reports in a business environment. A sample written report may be requested.
3. A minimum of At least 7 years of professional business analysis experience
4. At least 6 years of professional experience using recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users as the foundation for the solution to the organization's business needs.
5. At least 6 years of professional experience describing in a comprehensive written document (e.g., business case, fit-gap analysis document, or functional specification) what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirement(s).
6. At least 6 years of professional experience using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g., business process flows, fit-gap analyses, or functional designs) to design solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
7. At least 6 years of professional experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
8. At least 6 years of professional experience developing test scenarios, scripts, and data, and reviewing test results
9. At least 6 years of professional experience experience assessing the implementation of appropriate solutions to ensure they perform to the required specifications and achieve the design capabilities.
10. At least 3 years working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid is highly desirable.
