| Position Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation of new hardware, systems and software for data and networks. - Oversee network and firewall security. - Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning. - Perform troubleshooting analysis of data networks. Required Skills: - 4 – 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer focused on supporting Cisco technologies (specifically 6500 / 4500) - Experience installing and configuring PIX and ASA Firewalls. - Experience maintaining both LAN and WAN environments. - Must be willing to be onsite 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS. - Must have at least a CCNP certification. |
