RE: [ACEsthetics] Weight training

60 yo men do not use that much weight.  You don’t need free weights either.  Our Wellness Center has a massive gym with machines for this.  I worked with this for three months and got in such bad shape the trainer apologized and sent me to the orthopod.

Subject: [ACEsthetics] Weight training

I am thinking that with some of the aches and pains I have been getting, I need to be challenging my muscles a bit more.

My son sent me this link about doing squats, it is pretty interesting. http://stronglifts.com/how-to-squat-with-proper-technique-fix-common-problems/

What do you real workout fanatics think about this, will I hurt myself, can I really look like Arnold in a few weeks?

Thanks

Rick
