RE: [ACEsthetics] Weight training

As long as one's knees are okay. When I graduated in '69 ( Gad and he is
stilla live :) ) I read about Ken Cooper and his "AEROBICS" . I started
jogging regularly, I also played Rugby with the Canadian Navy :) I was often
alone on the track. By the time I left the Forces in '87 one had to get to
the gym 15 minutes early to get a locker. Not sure if Rick is a good knee
guy, I now cycle from last till first snow ( A Canadian Thing :) ) and
Ottawa had 160 km of paved bike paths...so good fun. But aerobis are the
answer for sure...

Go for a 30 min run 4-5 times a week and eat healthy. Simple. Now make it
happen. You will be amazed at what happens to you in 3 months. There are no
shortcuts to this. Hope this helps.
