# Positions	Primary Skills: SAP CRM Background with at least 4 yrs. in Lead role   Description:   ü  Need an hands on QA lead with SAP CRM background . ü  8 ~10 years of experience in software QA and atleast 4 years in QA lead role ü  Experience and sound knowledge in SAP CRM/Portal/SRM and performed client facing role ü  Experience in estimating QA efforts for small and large size projects, developing test strategy and test plan. ü  Experience in integration testing and understanding larger enterprise application landscape ü  Experience in working with cross functional teams ü  Experience in HP QC 9.2 or ALM, should be able to run various QA reports ü  Proficient in QA processes, metrics and traceability matrix ü  Should be flexible to work with offshore team for delivery coordination ü  Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel by Scoping, Planning and Resource management. ü  Ability to handle larger team with dynamic communication and managerial skills ü  Good to have Unix, Database and SQL,XML and web based testing knowledge ü  Willing to hands on to the support team
