Bone isn't level so I tried to place the implant to the lowest level side. Just wondering how these will be with just cover screws. I had one guy bite on a nut that I had placed an short healing cap and he broke the bu bone - It was a number 5 through. I doubt these would break because they feel really solid with good bu and ling bone. I did graft the bu of 28 though when I extracted the tooth.
I have questions about torquing them down. This was dense bone so I used larger drills and also used the countersink drill a little. Torqued from 35 to 45. I relieved it a little after 10 sec. What a great course I am now appreciating it and am ready for more.
