Hello, I saw this pt earlier today. took imp, photos, etc. I have attached some of the pertinent photos.Attachment 5221 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5221)Attachment 5222 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5222)Attachment 5223 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5223)Attachment 5224 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5224)Attachment 5225 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5225)Attachment 5226 (http://www.acedentalforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=5226)

What I am looking for is a lab to whom I can send models and ask them to duplicate the models and then on the new model create a wax up showing veneers for 6-11 or 7-10, assuming some tooth movement has been accomplished.

I need a lab that has the ability to make some judgements, regarding esthetics, and amount of tooth movement required to accomplish the desired result.

I have also attached his pan, and my guess is that even if we move 7-10 mesially, to close all the spaces, I will have big spaces between canines and laterals, but the teeth will be tipped, and not moved bodily, and I won't have space for implants.

So I am trying to set up the ortho part to get the teeth in an ideal spacing for veneers.

Any suggestions are appreciated, regarding labs or any other aspect.

Thanks,
Fred Levine
