Lead Java Developer (15 Openings)
Bloomington, MN
Length- Minimum of 6 months
Positions open:15
 
Must-haves
- Java/ J2EE- development experience
- Recent Experience in a Team Lead Role
- Spring framework
- Hibernate
- Knowledge of Oracle/ SQL knowledge
- Experience working with web-services
- Minimal Unix scripting
- Junit/ Mock objects
 
Plusses
- Websphere
- Mule
- Tomcat Servers
- Websphere MQ, TCP IP socket programming
- Hudson or Maven
- Any experience in a claims organization
 
Role
- Primarily responsible for 2-3 heads down developers
- Need proven track record, of providing day to day direction, working with requirements, completing deliverables, reporting status, guiding projects etc.
- In addition to leadership responsibilities will be also developing day to day
- Working doing transactional coding and working with Enterprise Service Bus
- Building brand new applications from the ground up (some are web based others are not)
